To use, first simply wet the bar and your hair with warm water. Then rub together between your hands to create a sudsy lather or rub the bar directly onto your wet hair until desired lather is reached, then rinse with warm water!

Pair these shampoo bars with a well-draining soap dish or your favorite method to keep them dry between showers the same way you would with a bar of soap to prevent sticking and to enhance the longevity.

If kept dry between uses by using a well draining soap dish, our 3oz shampoo bar will last as long as about 2 full bottles of 8 oz liquid shampoo.

Bars are 2" circumference, 1.25" thick, and weigh about 3.5 oz.
⭐PH BALANCED REAL SHAMPOO BAR:
Our Shampoo Bars are SOAP FREE, so they will not cause build up. A lot of natural companies will make a regular bar of soap, and then call it a "shampoo bar". Cold process soap is not good for your hair.
Cold process soap has a PH of 9-10. Hair has a pH level of about 4.5-5.5 and the alkaline properties of soap disrupt the pH balance of your hair, leaving it dry, dull and super frizzy. This alkaline nature of soaps also has the ability to destroy the keratin in your hair, thereby making it weak and brittle. If you have hard water, there can also be a chemical reaction with the soap, leaving a soap scum residue on your hair. Hard water and soap scum together can aggravate seborrheic dermatitis.

Great scent and moisturizing
I'm assuming the shipwreck soap bar smells just the same but the scent to me is way way way too overwhelming it burns my nose before and after use. All I smell is cinnamon and Hot tamales! It just doesn't smell like a wooden pirate ship, more like a candy scent which I was not expecting. However, this shampoo bar itself is amazing. My hair feels so clean and light and soft and it retains the scent extremely well, which is unfortunate for me but nonetheless impressive. It was super easy to use and it lathered right up extremely fast. I do want you however to make sure this definitely doesn't get into your eyes because this STINGS. I bet this was just not the bar for me. Very willing to experiment with more! I'd take this horrific bar over Dr Squatch's super drying hair care products any day.
Just WOW. I have tried many 'shampoo' bars in the past with little to no success. Most of these bars would clean only sections of my hair leaving the rest tacky and full of soap scum. This real shampoo bar fully cleans my hair leaving it soft and lightly scented. I am really impressed and will be making the switch to this shampoo. I have long hair so I worked up a good lather in my hands and simply put the suds through my hair, it worked like magic, one bar should last a while using it this way. The scent is great (for women too!) and most of it dissipates after washing so its not overwhelming. Do your hair a favor and snag one of these bars!
I will never ever go back to shampoo in a bottle. My wife loves the smell and I used it on my two year son today for the first time and it made his hair feel wonderful. I am a huge fan of both the scent and the quality of the bar. I was skeptical of how well this would hold up since I’ve never used a bar for shampoo but it’s been fantastic. Never going back to a plastic bottle of chemical nonsense.
The shampoo bar like all the other bars that I’ve used from grizzly is amazing. It definitely leaves my hair feeling clean and smooth, as well as a good lasting sent after the shower. I loved this so much that I had to get the whole routine I would definitely recommend.
